Look at Me W Creek, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of individuals who visit our website, book or receive services, or otherwise interact with us (“you” or “Consumers”). This Policy applies to our clients and website visitors. By using our website or services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy; where California law requires your consent for a specific use, we will obtain that consent separately as described below.

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, and IP address

• Information you provide directly, such as your address and telephone number when you book with us

• Commercial information, such as the services you've purchased and your appointment history

• Internet or electronic network activity, such as pages viewed and how you interact with our website and ads, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies

• Approximate geolocation data, such as IP-address-derived general location

• Date of birth (collected for certain services)

• Health, allergy, eye-condition, or medication information you disclose on a service intake or consent form 

• Before/after photographs or videos, only if you opt in on the applicable service consent form; you may revoke this at any time by written notice

• Referral information, such as a friend's name and contact information, if you refer them through our refer-a-friend program

If you purchase a gift certificate for someone else, we also collect the recipient's name and email address, which you provide, solely to deliver the gift certificate.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from our booking and payment platform, Mangomint. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any other source.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:

• To schedule, confirm, modify, and manage appointments

• To communicate with you about bookings, inquiries, and account matters

• To provide services safely, including evaluating suitability for a particular treatment

• To send marketing, promotional, and SMS messages where you have consented

• To operate, maintain, and improve our website

• To analyze website traffic and measure advertising performance

• To detect fraud and maintain the security of our systems

• To comply with legal obligations

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to operate our website, measure performance, and deliver advertising. These technologies may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and your interactions with our website and combine that information with data collected across other websites.

Sale and sharing under California law. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising pixels for interest-based/retargeting advertising may meet the CCPA’s broad definition of “sharing” because it involves cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat this activity as “sharing” and provide the opt-out rights described in Section 8.

Consent for tracking technologies. Non-essential cookies and pixels do not load for California visitors until you make a choice in our cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings. We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as an exercise of your right to opt out of sale/sharing.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties for the business purposes described above:

• Mangomint (our booking and payment platform)

• Payment processors

• Website hosting and IT service providers

• SMS and email communication platforms

• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising 

We require service providers and contractors who process personal information on our behalf to sign a written contract restricting their use of that information to the purposes we specify. We may also disclose personal information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. As a general matter:

• Booking and service history: duration of the client relationship plus four (4) years for taxand liability purposes

• Marketing communication preferences: until you opt out, plus a reasonable period to honor that choice

• Website analytics data: 14–26 months, consistent with Google Analytics defaults

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may be entitled to a number of rights, including, for example, to know and access the personal information collected about you; delete personal information collected from you; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. 7. Refer-a-Friend Program

If you refer a friend to Look At Me, LLC, you provide us their name and contact information, and you and your friend may each receive a credit upon their qualifying visit. We use your friend's information solely to extend and track this offer; we do not use it for unrelated marketing without separate consent. You may ask us to delete referral information you submitted about someone else at any time by contacting us. Participation is optional and offer terms may change; current terms are posted where the offer is advertised.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors' and Children's Privacy

Website. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. We do not sell or share the personal information of any consumer we know to be under 16 without the opt-in consent required by law.

In-person clients under 18. We provide services to clients under 18. For these clients, we collect intake and service information with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who signs the required consent and waiver forms on the minor's behalf. See our Terms of Service for details.

Our services are directed to individuals in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
